Local artists will be participating in the Warwick Art League’s 55th Annual Members Exhibition, June 6-June 28, 2009. The exhibition will be held at Gallery Warwick, on the 2nd floor of the Lehigh & Hudson Railroad Building, 17 River Street, in Warwick. Members of the Warwick Art League are exhibiting and selling their original works of art, which feature a variety of mediums including oils, graphics, mixed media collage, watercolors, photography, sculpture, pencils, pastels, charcoals, etc.
The opening reception will be held on Saturday June 6, 2009 from 6-9 p.m. The closing reception and awards ceremony will be held on Sunday June 28, 2009 from 3-5 p.m. Each reception is free and open to the public.
Gallery Warwick is normally scheduled to be open during the receptions only. However, for this event, the gallery may be open additional hours each weekend of the exhibit, with the help of volunteers from the Warwick Art League. Additional hours will be posted here after June 5.
