Shawn Dell Joyce to receive Seligmann Award from Orange County Citizens Foundation

The Orange County Citizens Foundation has announced that it is awarding Walkill River School’s Shawn Dell Joyce the Seligmann Award for outstanding contributions to arts and culture in Orange County.
The ceremony is Thurs. Sept. 10, 5pm at the Seligmann Estate in Sugar Loaf.
