Notice of Warwick Art League’s work at St. Anthony’s Hospital

This is to let everyone know that Ivan is no longer monitoring the Warwick Art League’s work at  St. Anthony’s Hospital. He has put the word out for someone else to take over the responsibility that he has so diligently handled for several years now. He would be very happy to help make the transition smooth for whomever is willing to take over for him. In the meantime, he wants to let everyone know that their work is now on display at each persons own risk, with no one at this time to contact in the event someone is interested in a purchase etc. so it would be prudent to pick up your work if you have any concerns. You would have to go to SACH with personal ID to pick up your work on Saturdays or during the week and let the person in charge know.

If anyone is willing to take over the job please email Ivan ( ilsanford@optimum.net ) and he will set you up . It only requires making a list and checking every other Saturday. No one is allowed in the CAS section during the week’s working hours. The inventory part itself takes about fifteen minutes to do. The other part of the job is to find members to hang works, replace them when needed and keep up to date on the inventory list.

Otherwise the members will either have to remove their works or leave them up without supervision. If no one can be found to take over and you want to remove your paintings you can email Ivan to make arrangements as well.
