Artist opportunities

$$$ for Arts and Cultural Activities

Call for artwork for yearly exhibit:
The Unitarian Universalist Congregation at Rock Tavern’s sanctuary is now accepting submissions of artwork for their next yearly exhibit. The gallery exhibits the work of local Hudson Valley artists and they commit gallery space to you for a year. For additional information, please email:rgclaycreations@aol.com.

New Artist Spaces Available
A newly renovated studio space on the ground level of 277 Grand Street, Newburgh, which has a good sized backyard (approx. 25×100 sq. ft.) is perfect for the artist who is working from home and who might want a garden or outdoor workspace in the booming Historic City of Newburgh.  No smoking, no pets. $800 a month including utilities.
There is an additional studio in the front on the same hallway that share the front entrance which is going to be available Sept 1 and it could be combined for a live work photographer space would be perfect or additional live or studio space. $600 a month.
A combined deal at $1600 a month for all.

CPW 2013 Photographers’ Fellowship Fund
As of 2009, each year, a $2,500 grants are given to a regional artist working in photography and related media. There is no fee to enter, and if selected your award may be used in any way you wish to advance your creative career. If selected you will also be invited to include one of your prints in the CPW Permanent Print Collection at the Samuel Dorsky Museum of Art at SUNY New Paltz.
