Annual Member’s Exhibit info with registration form

OPENING RECEPTION:

Friday March 2 from 7-9pm at
The Seligmann Homestead
23 White Oak Drive, Sugar Loaf, NY

OUR ESTEEMED JUDGE FOR THE EVENT: CLAYTON BUCHANAN

Submission fees: $25 for one piece; $35 for 2, not measuring more than 36″ x 36″
Work must be properly framed and ready to hang. NO ALLIGATOR CLIPS.

Drop off is at the Seligmann, 23 White Oak Drive, Sugar Loaf

We will be accepting paintings from members on Tuesday evening Feb. 28, between 6:00 and 8:00 pm,  as well as Thursday morning, 10:00 – 12:00, March 1.

Work must have the following information on the back of each piece:

Name
Title
Medium
Price

Sign up sheets for sitting the gallery on the weekends will be available during drop-off.
There will also be a sign up sheet for food/drink contributions for the reception. All participants must contribute a comestible.

Checks should be made out and mailed to the Warwick Art League. Please write Member’s Exhibit in the memo line. Please see the attached registration form.
