RULES All Warwick Art League members in good standing are invited to enter the exhibition. All original oils, graphics, watercolors, fine art limited edition prints (etchings, lithography, woodcuts), giclée prints are not accepted, pencils, monotypes, charcoals, sculptures, photography, fine crafts (no kits) are accepted. Hanging works not to exceed 32” in any direction, including frame. Sculpture must include a base. All entries must have been created within the last three years. All works must have a price or be “Not-For-Sale (NFS). No Price-On-Request (POR) is permitted.
LIMIT TWO ENTRIES A non-refundable fee of $15 for one and $20 for two entries is payable to the Warwick Art League on delivery of your artwork to the Albert Wisner Public Library. The attachedentry form MUST be filled out and taped to the back of yourpaintings and art.
DELIVER works to Albert Wisner Public Library, Warwick, NY on Friday, November 1stand 6:45pm. Works must be ready to hang. (Eyelets and wire only, please No alligator clips). No wet paintings or work that has been formerly shown in previous members’ shows. The Warwick Art League reserves the right to reject any work deemed unsuitable.
REMOVAL from Albert Wisner Public Library is Saturday, November 30. 2013 between 12:30pm and 5pm. No work may be removed before the close of the exhibit. Albert Wisner Public Library and The Warwick Art League will not be responsible for work left after the above removal date.
AWARDS All awards will be announced during the Thursday, November 21 and 7:45pm. No prior notification will be made.
SALES A 25% commission will be taken on all sales.
LIABILITY Works are presented for exhibition at the artist’s risk. Neither The Warwick Art League nor Albert Wisner Public Library will be liable for loss or damage to any work because of fire, theft, breakage, or any other cause.
