Because of the increased amount of people already scheduled to go to the pre-your this year, they are NOT able to invite our Art League participants to actually GO on the Pre-Tour the night before. They are, however, prior to that weekend of the tour giving me a list of the 6 gardens and their locations so that I can let our artists interested in participating do a “drive by “ ONLY of those places so they know where they are. BUT they underlined and insist that under no circumstances should the artists go onto those properties at that time. The artists will need to register with me beforehand so we can determine whose going where a.m. & p.m. 2 gardens can accommodate 3 artists; 2 can accommodate 2 artist; & 2 can only accommodate 1 ( in the morning & afternoon) call 845- 544-8747 or email me at mchughstudio@yahoo.com to register prior to July 9th.
