In whatever medium it is that artist, Sarah McHugh is working with, the making of art is for her about the joyful challenge to know and understand how a thing or subject translates or transforms into a personal meaningful message, visually, tactilely, and emotionally appealing to the senses.
Having taught art for many years to all ages in both the public and private sectors, she has sought to enhance her students’ art experiences along with her own through explorations in a variety of mediums. In her upcoming exhibit titled “The Full Palette” many of her multi-media works will be on display for the months of March and April in the Boardroom of the Albert Wisner Public Library, One McFarland Drive, Warwick, NY.
