Sarah E. McHugh, one of Warwick’s award winning fine artists is Co-President and Membership Coordinator of the Warwick Art League, long time teacher in both the public and private sectors, graduate from SUNY Buffalo with studies abroad at the University of Siena, Italy, along with postgraduate studies at Pratt, The Arts Students League and The National Academy of Design.
Through the month of November, a selection of her works will be on display in the Board Room at the Albert Wisner Public Library, One McFarland Place, Warwick, NY. A Meet & Greet the Artist Reception is Sunday, November 10th from 2 – 3:45 pm.
Inspired by the magical cadences, colors and textures found in our great musical scores; by the incredible natural beauty in our Hudson Valley surroundings, Sarah brings her own personal passionate energy and art experience into her work, seeking to capture with vibrancy and harmony, “life in the shadows, and life in the lights”, a moment in time for the viewer to be able to travel through and experience as well.
