An exhibit of paintings by WAL Artist, Leila Noueihed, will be on display at the Greenwood Lake Public Library for the month of December. ”My composition is my journey of inner feelings infused by listening to favorites of music. I let the color, the brushes, and the feel of the moment to guide me to some magic…” says Leila and, accordingly, she calls her exhibit “UNPLUGGED”.
Leila is resident of Ringwood, New Jersey, and member of the Ringwood Manor Art Association, where she served as publicity director and recently won honorable mention. She participates in group shows with The Warwick Art League regularly and has sold a couple of her paintings. Leila is a self- taught, experimental artist but, on the other hand, she is a medical research scientist, a pharmacist, and adjunct educator at CUNY.
